This charming villa has been restored to a very high standard and is immersed in the lush green foothills of Marche’s Sibillini Mountain range. There are 2 acres of garden set on a south-west facing slope, including a little vineyard from which the property takes its name.
The property sleeps seven guests but can accommodate up to nine guests if needed.
Close at hand is the bustling town of Sarnano, famed for its thermal baths as well as being a base for skiers in winter months, making Casa il Vigneto an ideal base all year round.
Situated not far from the borders with Tuscany and Umbria Casa Il Vigneto is an ideal place from which to explore Marche and central Italy, with Perugia, Bologna, Florence, Assisi, Siena and Rome all day-trip possibilities.
There is also much to see and do closer to home, whether you prefer walking in the Monti Sibillini National Park or taking in the Open-Air Opera Festival at the provincial capital of Macerata.
Also close by is Amandola, a town of 4,000 inhabitants with a beautiful main square where you can sit outside one of the many bars and enjoy an aperitivo before walking up to the town's highest point to take in the stunning views of Monte Sibillini and Vettore.
Also, the beautiful Adriatic Coast with its wide selection of beaches is within forty minute’s drive.
