Casa Ticchi is a large and pretty holiday farmhouse set in open countryside in the foothills of Marche’s northern Apennines. For large family groups seeking tranquility and relaxation in lovely surroundings

The two apartments are each on two floors of each half of the property and can easily be united by a communicating internal door to form one large property.

The larger of the two apartments has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The smaller but still substantial apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are a flexible combination of doubles and twins.

Ideally located close to the Tuscan and Umbrian borders as well as that of Emilia-Romagna, Casa Ticchi is an ideal place from which to explore central Italy, with Perugia, Bologna, Florence, Assisi, Siena and Rome all day-trip possibilities.

But don't be drawn too far from home. Twenty miles away is the wonderful university town of Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael and the home of the Palazzo Ducale, an architectural masterpiece which houses Marche’s most important museum, the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche.

To the north is San Marino and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Coast are under an hour’s drive.
