This is a large and beautiful complex made up of two holiday farmhouses set in the countryside between the famous town of Loreto and the coastal town of Porto Recanati. Just two miles from the Adriatic coast these farmhouse rentals offer guests interested in making the most of Marche's beautiful beaches plenty of opportunities.

Loreto is one of the most important pilgrimage sites of the Catholic church in Italy and the dome of the Sanctuario della Santa Casa dominates the land for miles around.

As a result of the Church's patronage Loreto is also home to many works of art by some of the most famous names of Late Renaissance Italy.

Casa Clorinda has lovely views of the hill-top town of Potenza Picena and towards the sea. 

There is also a communal games room with lots of games including billiards and an outdoor play area with swings and slides, all in a securely fenced and extensive garden.

Each apartment also has its own private external area with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

Both farmhouses are also close to the Adriatic motorway, the A14, making trips further afield easy, with Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna, Marche itself and central Italy's famous cities such as Perugia, Bologna, Florence, Assisi, Siena and Rome all day-trip possibilities.

Yet there is also much to see and do closer to home. Macerata, home to an important outdoor opera festival in July and August, is ten minutes away while in northern Marche is the wonderful university town of Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael and the home of the Palazzo Ducale, an architectural masterpiece which houses Marche's most important museum, the Galleria nazionale delle Marche.

An hour to the north is San Marino and the beautiful coved beaches of Monte Conero are within half an hour's drive.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

- Apartment Rose and Apartment Oleandri (each 35sq m with air con) are both on the ground floor and each have one double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchens are fully equipped with four gas hobs, electric oven and a fridge-freezer. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and a television in the living area
- Apartment Fiordaliso (65sq m) is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen with four gas hobs, fridge freezer and electric oven.
- Apartment Girasoli (55sq m with air con) is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a kitchen/living room area with four gas hobs, fridge-freezer and electric oven and television plus a sofa bed.
- Apartment Iris (70sq m with air con) is on the first floor, reached by an external staircase. It sleeps up to six people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and one single room. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hobs, electric oven and fridge-freezer and the separate living room also has a sofa bed and television. There is one bathroom with a shower.

- Apartment Giglio (70sq m with air con) is on the first floor and has two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with four gas hobs, electric oven and a fridge-freezer. It has a bathroom with shower and a television in the living area.
- Apartment Biancospino (80sq m with air con) is on the first floor and has two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with four gas hobs, electric oven and a fridge-freezer. It has a bathroom with shower and a television in the living area.
- Apartment Ginestre (30sq m) is on the ground floor and has one en suite double bedroom. There is a kitchen/living room area with four gas hobs, fridge-freezer and elecric oven and television plus a sofa bed.
- Apartment Margherite (35sq m) is on the ground floor and has one en suite double bedroom. There is a kitchen/living room area with four gas hobs, fridge-freezer and elecric oven and television plus a sofa bed.
